A large portion of Maria’s 24 years in the real estate industry was spent in Property Management, as Senior Property Manager, overseeing a very large property portfolio consisting of both Residential and Commercial properties. Maria understands, first hand, the importance of securing suitable and qualified tenancies and from there having proper systems and procedures in place to ensure that each property under her management is given the appropriate attention and treated with professionalism and diligence.
